Damaged, defective or misprinted? Email info@hoodboxoffice.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a refund.

Package lost? Email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Package came back? If it's returned because of a wrong address or a carrier problem, email us and we'll sort out reshipping.
